Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item if for any reason you don't want it.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your item it must be unused (unless it is an electrical item that needed to detested ) and in the same condition that you received it. if it came in a box it needs to come back with it.
To complete your return, in store we require a receipt or proof of purchase. for online purchases Let us know your order number and we can look that up for you
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
your refund will be to your original method of payment, within a two working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows up on your card
contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they were not fit for purpose (i.e a faulty electrical item).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lovefromrandom@gmail.com and send your item to: 17 Tyne Street Bristol GB BS2 9UA .
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it was unwanted or you have changed your mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will refund the cost of return postage if an item was deemed faulty or not fit for purpose
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do however try and get your exchange to you as quickly as possible.
